I have a Windows 10 Pro pc that's has Sophos Safeguard 7.00.2.23 client installed. Every time this user logs in they receive the message "You are logged on to Sophos SafeGuard but currently your key ring can not be opened". They login as a SGN (Windows) User and the policy is the same as all other clients. I rebooted a few times but each time it comes back with the same thing.
Do I just decrypt the machine and reinstall the clients and policy? Is there something else I'm supposed to check, or that I'm missing?
