TPM Ownership

I have a question that am hoping someone may be able to answer in regards to resetting the TPM lockout.

We are running an older version of Safeguard (7.00.0.97) with BitLocker and need to know if the client generates a random owner password when it takes ownership, or is there a default that can be specified somewhere in the config?

I only ask, as we have a lot of community users who are entering the BitLocker pin incorrectly numerous times and locking the TPM out for up to 24 hours. Which means we have to get them to enter the BitLocker Recovery key on each boot.

Hi Chris - I think this is a legacy thing now sadly. Why are so many of your users entering the incorrect PIN? Is it worth creating a policy that has TPM only for these users that could be applied to them perhaps?
