Hard Drive with Safeguard encryption - is not booting as I accidentally marked Drive C Active

While checking through drive and other flash drive. I accidentally marked Drive C as Active (instead of system reserved partition), now I can't boot.

I get initial logon screen, once I enter password and then below message is displayed.

SafeGaurd is loading OS now!

BOOTMGR is missing

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Please help fixing this. I tried with other partition tools it was able to mark the system reserved drive as boot and active. But at the end, I stuck with this above message as it is encrypted.
