Sophos安裝失敗

Question

Sophos在安裝中途跳出安裝失敗警訊後,安裝程式自行關閉,
後續重啟安裝,就一直跳出安裝失敗的警訊
是否為安裝不完全導致檔案遺留在電腦中,有方法可以將這些遺留檔案徹底刪除嗎?

 Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 You can use the Sophos Zap cleanup tool to completely remove any remnants of the failed Sophos installation. You may start another fresh installation once the clean-up is done.
