 We are unable to find licensing portal as it is recdirecting towards central . 
 please give an update how to get licensing portal. share the steps as we want to check latest firmware for firewalls

Sophos has switched mySophos to Central.

You can find all available firmware updates here. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000043162?language=en_US 
 But about the recent CVE: It was rolled out via Hotfix anyway.
