please make the top banners on the community dismissible

Question

it would be nice, if you'd allow us to dismiss the coloured banners that appear on this community every day and save this preference to either userprofile or cookies. 
 they are distracting me a lot.

 We have made the remaining banner to show only on the main page, so it won't show on any other page.
