I can't log in to the Sophos Home Mobile Management App for Android anymore. Sophos Home cleaned a PUA that I wanted to allow, so I tapped the notification on my smartphone and used my fingerprint to get in, but my dashboard wouldn't show. All I got was this rotating white circle. I force closed the app and tried again, still white rotating circle. Cleared the app cache and force closed again, same result. Then I cleared all app data to start fresh. Now I can't even log in because it says e-mail-address or password wrong or account doesn't exist, but it works fine in a browser.
How can I continue using the Sophos Home Mobile Management App?
