Unable to add an AP6 to location "malaysia"

I am unable to add an AP6 to a site "malaysia".

( Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia )

If i select this location, no accesspoints are availeble ... or AP's added with a different (german) location are removed.

Ideas why?

Are the AP6 devices pre-located?
