About link speed for effective CM use?

Hi folks,

currently trialling the CM EAP and the CFR EAP and note the screen update process is a little slow but way better than when I was using a J1900 based system in standalone mode.

My link is a 50/20.

What is your recommendation for link speed and is there anyway to fine tune the connection process?

Can you clarify which function is slow? Can you share a screenshot or video?

Hi Rob,

the example isolating the reports page. I have a video on my iphone, but I need to shrink it which is an interesting exercise.

Hi Rob,

I haven't been able to ge the video off the iPhone yet, too large to email to you.

AN example of speed difference is I can load a reports page and scroll down as it loads, but on CM the reports take a number of seconds and load relatively slowly when compared to the local machine.

I have now installed v18 GA and performance is extremely slow, but not sure if that is because I also re-enable ATP.

I will try a system restart and test again.
