df -kh 

ls -al /var/cores

Was already on the way to the site to restart the appliance, i could do this via the console.
After the restart everything is OK again, the question is how long.

How long are the waiting times for the phone call, or better to create a ticket?

Phone is the same as to create a ticket online. You will not get a tech directly on the phone after usually more than 30 minutes on the waiting queue.

I'd suggest using chat function. this is more comfortable than phone.

Or use the support portal to create a case online if you are already registered.
