Hello every body

I have registered  my device XG withe  license (36 month till 2023 ) , after one month from  activated my license was expire ,

am try to verify  the license again and i found below message :

Sorry: this license key has already been activated or is no longer valid.
Error ID: XG-00205
Tracking ID: xxxxxxxxxxx: please make a note of this.
License keys can only be used once.
If you have recently activated the license key, please synchronize your license, so that the updated license takes effect on your device. Then check the subscription status on the Licensing screen of your device.
You can also check whether the subscription has been activated or extended by looking at the subscriptions showing against your device on the customer portal at
If you can see the correct subscription in the customer portal, but cannot see the same on the Licensing screen on your device, then please contact [Note: This email has been disabled - visit to raise a case], quoting your serial number.

What should i do in steps  to  handle this issue  ???
