I got Quarantine digest enabled.
It works, I got 3 users defined and all of them get a Quarantine digest report in the mail.
On two accounts I configured two email addresses that belong to that mailbox. Quartine digest report is send twice, so every e-mail address in the user property gets an report. Result is a duplicate report mail. This is very annoying, it would mean when I got a mailbox with 5 email addresses I get the same report send 5 times.
How can I setup SophosXG to just send 1 report to the user instead of 1 to every mail address a user has ?
My other question is, when can configure the fqdn for the release mail link in the report send by Quarantine Digest. It now makes a link with https://ip-address mta port/....
But due to that it only works insite at my local network. I want to have a link like https://<internet name>/.... so that I can release mail when I am not at home aswell.
I searched didn't find a way to do this, any help would be welcome.
