Is there a way to exclude certain clients from guest wifi Terms Of Use policy?

Question

Is there a way to exclude some clients (mac addresses) from having to accept the Terms of Use style hotspot? We have a guest wireless network which has this enabled, and we have other devices which we want on a guest network which doesn't need to accept this Terms of Use agreement daily. To make this work a second guest network was created which doesn't have this requirement. We have few other guest type wifi networks for various other vendors / devices that need internet access, but not exactly ours to own. 
 Would be nice if there could be exceptions made and then I can get rid of some of these other guest networks we have.

 This feature isn&rsquo;t available on Hotspot configuration. 
 Another option should be creating another SSID - Separate Zone (If you're using Sophos AP): https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/20.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Wireless/HowToArticles/WirelessDeployAsSeparateZone/index.html - For those who don't need hotspot settings.
