v19.5 MR3 was released 2023-08-02 v20.0 GA was released 2023-11-06 v19.5 MR4 was released 2024-01-25 v20.0 GA supports upgrades from 19.5 MR3. v20.0 GA does NOT support upgrades from 19.5 MR4, as it was released later in time. If you upgrade to 19.5 MR4 you cannot upgrade to 20.0 GA. However you will be able to upgrade to 20.0 MR1 once it is released.

SFOSv20.0 MR1 will support an update for V19.5 MR4.
