  • you know, you can upload it manually?

get it from my sophos portal

  • I do know, but in the portal I just see the MR2

  • What the...I've completely missed it, where did you find it?

    THANKS!

  • in my download portal.

but not at first sight. you need to enter your serial number and then click the search button - not just hit enter.

Then a new frame at the bottom appears, with circling Sophos logo and finally shows you a DL link.

Sorry, I misunderstood your first question as when it will be available on the XG but you mentioned you do not see it in the portal.

  • Does this update resolve the issue in 18.5.2 where the password from one PPPoE connection overwrites all the PPPoE password in all the other connections? There is nothing in the list of fixes, but also nothing in the list of known issues.

  • Hi Toni, Spam is getting out of hand, a few mail are getting labeled as [SPAM] but a lot of 100% spam is getting through, I'm getting complains about this. Scrolling through the e-mail logs i see lots of spam mails that just getting approved.

What's going on, this needs to be fixed. I already stopped the roll-out to our customers.

  • Do you have a Support Case for this?

  • This issue was a one time issue in MR2. So if you had this issue, it should not come back by upgrading to MR3.

It could potentially come up, if you upgrade from MR1 to MR3 (skipping MR2). This will be fixed in MR4.
