Sophos XG 125 not accessible with default IP address

Question

I am not able to access Sophos XG 125 router with default IP address 172.16.16.16:4444 using LAN -1 through web, and I don't have console cable to access from SSH, if there is any other way to access this device through web please provide instruction.

Try connecting a machine directly to the Port1/PortA(LAN) interface of Sophos firewall and check whether an IP address gets assigned to it or not. 
 If machine gets an IP address then check the IP details and try to access webadmin on https://<gateway_IP>:4444 
 If this doesn't then console access would be required. There will be a micro USB and a console port on the firewall. 
 You can also connect a monitor and USB keyboard with the firewall to get console access.
