Switch admin password

Question

Hi, 
 Why doesn't switch accept exclamation mark as part of password? A long time ago, I opened a ticket 06518964 that I could not change the password, but only now I realized that the password must not contain an exclamation mark (!).

Hi Carlo Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team, yes passwords must meet the following requirements: 
 
 Minimum length of 10 characters. 
 At least one letter (not case-sensitive). 
 At least one number. 
 
 At least one special character from the following list:
