Can't enroll windows 10 device with SMC

Question

Hi there I'm trying to synchronize a Windows laptop with Sophos to manage it but when I go to install the package they send you via Gmail it gives me an error and won't let me. I attach an image so you can see the error 
 My Windows version is this Win 10.0.19045.4046

 Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 If the enrollment package is not working, I'd suggest trying the "Alternative procedure" shown on screen when you use the "Add Device Wizard". I've copied the steps here, but the fields required will be populated uniquely per enrollment. 
 Only perform the following steps if the automatic configuration through the provisioning package does not work for you. 
 Step 1: Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Enroll only in device management. If that option is not available, click the link ms-device-enrollment:?mode=mdm (or open Microsoft Edge and enter the link in the address field). You might need to confirm a notification dialog to launch the Microsoft account application. 
 Step 2: Enter the following data in the appropriate fields on your device. The password is a one-time password for enrollment use only. Email address: ........... Server: ............ Domain and User name: .......... Password: .........
