Work Email policy - Standard signature

Question

Hi, 
 We are using Sophos Central Mobile Advanced. In the following policy: Work email (iOS Sophos container policy) - 
 For "Standard Signature" it seems the limit is 100 characters. Is it possible to set a longer signature somehow? 
 Furthermore, is it possible to automatically input the username?

Hello dan_f , Thank you for reaching the community forum. For the standard signature, We only do have 100 characters available, and cannot be extended this is being set by default and can't be changed. For Automatically input of users or the device owner, yes, it&rsquo;s possible you just need to enter the variable shown on the below snapshot. This is a placeholder, and it&rsquo;ll be adjusted to the username linked to the device, but it&rsquo;ll take the value from the "Exchange login" field of the Sophos Central user object, not the actual "Display name".
