Hi 
 
 I have Data Controls policy enables for attachments quarantine. The Use Sophos list(recommended) is selected. 
 
 How can I bypass this policy for internal users?

Unless you have done some special configuration we do not scan internal email. If you are asking how you can bypass for certain users, iin the policy there is an exclusion list or create a separate policy that doesn't include the individual users that you are interested in.
