Problems of a user sending emails to external domains

Question

There are problems with sending mail to external mail from my domain.

The Outlook message states:

Error: 550 5.7.1 Command rejected
Message rejected by: relay-us-east-2.prod.hydra.sophos.com

Only that user has the problem, the other users are working no

Sistemas AL Thank you for posting into the Community forum. Command rejected may mean that there is no Mailbox present for that email address within Sophos Email. Here is a link to possible causes of this error: community.sophos.com/.../sophos-email-550-5-7-1-command-rejected-error-on-outbound-emails-gateway-mode 
 Another reason could be that Sophos Central has detected that the email address may be sending spam emails out. In this case, I would recommend getting a support case created so it can properly be investigated. Thanks! Regards, Jose
