First time in over 2 years that I've seen this issue. None of our 3 proxy servers are able to connect to the URL categorization service.
Unlikely to be an internal issue as all other connectivity is fine. Is this a Sophos outage and is anyone else experiencing it?
Good Afternoon, we are having the same issues here. Two separate sites same issue.
Followed the troubleshooting by checking the network. Failed on all.
Cant see much online regarding this.
I have the same problem since 30 minutes.

Has anyone found anything from Sophos themselves? I am surprised that for such an issue like this, no persons has been in touch.

As of 2pm they weren't aware of it, and a post went up on SophosSupport Twitter feed 10 mins ago.
Tests are passing now.

Still seeing this service flapping, anyone else still having a few problems despite support saying all resolved?
We are still getting intermittent connections issues so still not 100% resolved.

Thanks Gavin, same overnight we are seeing new alerts through. Tests this morning have passed but they look like new not historical notifications.
Looks to be flapping.
