    I'm having a similar problem (not quite... mine keeps downloading over and over again)... I keep getting notifications (over and over again) that the up2date has been downloaded...  It appears the up2date process can't seem to understand that it already downloaded the firmware file... I guess I'll try to install it.

    I have a second astraro setup in a vm and was successful there. Of course there are not much setup ib that box. I was waiting for the update before I tried restoring to it. My goal was to move my configuration to the vm. I didn't want to do so until I new my config was good on the new version.

    I tried a second time and still no go. Fails the install again.

    I confirm this, i have the problem as well. 
    Please try to disable ssl-vpn and reapply the up2date.

    this will probably do no work as /var/sec/chroot-openvpn/proc/ is still mounted... so needs to umount it first !

    I've done this and waiting now that the up2date file get downloaded...

    all,

    I've refreshed the package changing one installation instruction in order to bypass the problem showing up when updating with SSL VPN enabled. Content of the package has not been changed. In case you already have a running 7.360, there is no need to reinstall.

    New package data:
    - MD5sum: 0f08e7bee6afdb40449cd337e2aaa652
    - Size: 92787967 bytes

    Workaround for previous package (WebAdmin version):
    - Disable all SSL VPNs
    - Reboot
    - Install Up2Date

    Workaround for previous package (Commandline version):
    - /var/mdw/scripts/openvpn stop
    - umount /var/sec/chroot-openvpn/proc
    - Install Up2Date
