I am trying to customize a voucher template (pdf-file). Using Powerpoint 2013 I created a slide with the same size (210x145mm) using exactly the same texts as in the original template.
When saving it as PDF I think I have tried about all possible Options enabled or disabled, but upon saving it after uploading, I always get the message:
Uploaded file custom-voucher-template.pdf is no suitable PDF template
A colleague of mine opened the downloaded template in Adobe Illustrator, changed some texts and saved it again and that also gives the same error message.
So basically my question is: How can I make a new template and how should it be saved?
