[8.910][CLOSED] sophos error

It looks like the software was trying to send an email. It should not crash attempting that [:)]

So, this came up when you clicked on "View updating log"?

That's correct. This is the first time that it happens. I've tried to reboot my pc but the issue is still there :$

I also had a blue screen of death on my windows 7 before the sophos issue.maybe related?


Yes the error message is coming up when I click "updating log"

The error message I am getting when clicking the "updating log" is the one that says "threw an exception". I then selected one of the entries below and double click (1 picture) .It was at that point which i got the 2 picture regarding the email attachment issue

Please run the SDU (Sophos Diagnostic Utility) on the computer. It will create a ZIP with relevant log information. Please forward that ZIP to tom.kistner@sophos.com. Thanks! [:)]

I can't replicate it as I have no idea what might have caused this. Anything useful by the SDU?
