[Sophos Notification] Sophos Central Partner Dashboard: Partners not receiving feedback with created Support Cases, where subject line is in a language other than English.

Hi Community,

Partners that create Support Cases with a language other than English in the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard, are not receiving any feedback after the creation of their support case. We are actively investigating and apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please use Sophserv chat and webform to contact Support.
