Alerts not showing in dashboard

We know that some computers have alerts on them for trojan infections, but those alerts are not showing up in our dashboard.  We see them if we go to the device itself and view the alerts.  Why are they not displaying on the dashboard?

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

    We had the same question and Sophos' response was that "our users have complained about getting too many email notifications, so we only send out medium and high priority alerts".  Apparently, detected malware does not qualify as a 'high' priority alert.  They told us there is nothing that can be done to change the alerting and closed our case.

    I realize this doesn't resolve your issue, but hopefully it helps to know that you aren't alone in wondering about these things.
