For the second time in the last month I'm having issues with policy updates taking longer than normal to apply, the Sophos Central Dashboard is also very sluggish, taking much longer than normal to load pages and in some instances not loading at all when trying to filer clients.
As this is the second time, did you notice any activities like, Backup, scanning or updates happening on the machine which could possibly make the Sophos Central Dashboard Slow and sluggish?

This isn't a local issue as I've tried on several different machines, on checking the link above I'm not the only one with issues today, one of the posts suggests that Sophos have confirmed an ongoing issue.
Ours has been very sluggish for a long time, but it has been exceptionally bad recently.

I cant even log in to the console. the page never renders after applying my credentials.
Our Cloud Web Gateway agents all say "fetching latest policy" and we are unable to do much in Central before we get the spinning wheel of death.
Central login is back up. Please try logging in and let me know if you have login issues
We are still suffering. Spinning wheels everywhere. Policy updates, and everything. We have been waiting on this for several days and are trying to get new laptops deployed to new incoming Faculty. Very frustrating at the moment.

This level of disruption is unacceptable, it is making a large deployment task more time consuming than it should be.
What is the reason for the constant disruptions & outages, one look at the status page tells you that this is a recurring theme, not good enough.

I'm encountering the same issues yet again, this is becoming a farce, dashboard is taking much longer to load that it should, when moving between pages (devices) each page takes over 10 seconds to load, when you are trying to investigate nearly 200 'reported' out of date clients this is ridiculous.
When I do go to the device page in question it shows as no communication for over 2 weeks but checking on the client it shows as last update within the last few hours, why on earth are we still seeing these issues?
When can we expect to see an actual resolution to these on-going issues?
