Hi Everyone,

[Update]: As of 11:50 GMT issue has been resolved and all mails in the backlog have been delivered

Inbound emails may be delayed for customers in the EU Central region. This is being investigated as a priority, further update expected soon. Please refer the below KBA for more updates.

Some inbound emails are being delayed for Sophos Email customers in the EU Central region
