How to decrypt USB without SafeGuard client?

 Hello,

I recently got a new computer and threw out my old one. Before throwing out my old computer, which had SafeGuard encryption, I backed up various files onto a couple of USBs. When I now insert those USBs into the new computer (Windows 10) I get an error which says "The volume does not contain a recognized file system". I'm not sure but I suspect that the USBs also somehow ended up being SafeGuard encrypted. Is there anyway I can decrypt the USBs from the new non-SafeGuard computer? I still have the SafeGuard password so I was wondering if there is any free or inexpensive tool I could use to decrypt them.

One of the USBs has a bunch of my tax documents on it which I really need access to ASAP.

Thanks for the help.
