windows client auto shutdown

i have issue with my safeguard after install the agent on computers i get automatically shutdown i try to install latest hotfix and also exclude agent folder form

antivirus but still the same thing i have windows 10 and windows 7 client machine both of them facing the same situation so any suggestion to

fix this issue

I think there has some problem with the windows.

It is worth making sure you've patched the client in advance to any upgrade. Officially Sophos say not to do an in-place upgrade (at least they did) but with the exception of one upgrade - all have worked as expected once the Sophos SafeGuard client is on the latest published version.
