Exchange server 2010 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host

We are having a problem with Exchange Server 2010 SP2 Latest Rollup . Exchange setting for Max attachment received size is set to 10MB like the following and there is no max size defined for user mailbox for sure.

MaxReceiveSize 10MB -MaxSendSize 10MB -MaxRecipientEnvelopeLimit 5000

All receiver connectors MaxAttachment size are set to 10MB as well.

I am able to send mails internally and externally without any issues up to 10 MB. But when I receive emails with attachments around 6MB in size it receive a bounce back message to the sender as follows, But up to 5MB i can receive.

If any suggestion for solve this issue must appreciable

Exchange will reject it with "Diagnostic-Code: smtp;450 5.2.3 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host".
