Hi all, I have created and tested several phishing campaigns and always, when I replied to the attack (Secure Document fdrom the list of available within Phish Threat Central platform), I have got invitation to the training.
Now I have a situation, when 1 user replied by email, and no training has started. Does it mean that he haven´t started and ignors the training email? Mabe he thinks that this is a spam again.
An idea: I think that an improvement would be, if developers could also make one additional bar in statistics and shows, if the invitation to the training had been send. Or delivered, would be best :)
