Some customers have reported that when the language settings in their browser are set to any other language besides US English, it causes an issue with the start, and stop dates of the campaign.
When creating a campaign, the default start date of the campaign is set to the current day, and the default stop date is set to one month after the current day. When other languages are used in the browser settings, these dates will default to January. You can change the start date to be the current date, but the stop date will remain January preventing you from being able to complete the campaign creation.
Development is aware of the issue, and is currently investigating. The current workaround is to use US English as the default language in the browser.
