Since 2017/10/25 all our Sophos Secure Email clients fail to connect with this error message "App Error The verification of your account failed due to an untrusted user certificate. Please contact your support team at support@garching.de".
We are using the internal EAS Proxy and there where no changes made and all Certificates are still valid. Google Playstore states that the last update of the App was on 25th Octobre. I already tried to connect directly to another EAS without using the proxy service and it fails too so my guess is that it's an error within the app.
