My smartphone lost comunication Sophos

Hey guys I'm desperate, my smartphone lost communication with Sophos Mobile, it does not work: wi-fi, mobile data, usb debugging, factory formatting ....

what to do? I'm disappointed that the system did not warn me about this ...

 

model: Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900M Android 6.0.1

    about which are you talking exactly? Is Sophos Mobile Control not synchronizing anymore?
    Is Sophos Mobile Security blocking access to something?

    Please provide some further information or raise a support case with our technical support.

    My device no longer powers up and does not format the operating system (MDM control message)

    "Is Sophos Mobile Control no longer being synchronized?"
    Do not.


    "Does Sophos Mobile Security block access to something?"
    Blocked everything.

    "Please provide more information or create a support cover with our technical support."

    Unfortunately I was using the trial version 30 days.
