We having the following problems with Sophos Mobile Control, whether we roll out with SMC on central or onprem we cant deploy properly to a windows 10 laptop. latest version of windows and latest version of SMC7
Enrollment issues
on enrollment we have struggled to enroll devices that are signed in with a live ID, if the device does not have a linked live ID it enrolls.
push issues
If the device has been enrolled we can not push and perform the following actions
- Locate
- Remote wipe
Anyone who has tried this and found a workaround? we tried Maas360 and had similar issues with the live accounts, however we were able to perform the locate and wipe..
