Windows Workgroup server is not showing up in SEC

Hi,

 

 We've installed Sophos Endpoint on a workgroup server, and it is not showing up in SEC as a system (Unassigned or otherwise).

All the Sophos components were installed, and it is updating successfully.

The server name is 'RD00155D300207'

How should we proceed?

    did you do Discover Computer

    if not Press On Discover Computers and select Discover by IP range then must enter user name and password correct for the server that you want to show it and the ip must be in the range that you chose " in dialog user name and password don't press skip"
