Updating failed because WindowsCloudClean is missing

Few days ago I have started having problems with updates to Win 10 PC's only with this error msg "Updating failed because WindowsCloudClean is missing." All Servers and XP machines are getting updated as usual. I have raised a support ticket two days ago and still no reply! Can some one give me an idea on how to fix this?
