internal error 2738

I get this message when trying to install Sophos (AutoUpdate).  It has removed my previous anti-virus, but stopped the installation.  Now I'm unprotected.  Thanks

    Hi , I'hv resolved this issue , normally comes when some mandator Dlls are not registered or viruses/malware had  done changes over shell.

    This issue I hv faced when I was deploying sophos @ one of our clients having McAfee.

    or else do the following :

    Click Start > Run
    Type the following one by one
    regsvr32 /s jscript.dll
    regsvr32 /s vbscript.dll
    regsvr32 /s wshom.ocx
    regsvr32 /s msxml3.dll
    regsvr32 /i /s shell32.dll 

    this will resolve the issues  completely.

    Moreover I would like sophos to put an article over it. so people get the solution.
