Uninstall of management server

I have a seconary server set up to allow me to test Full disk encryption. The trial is about to come to an end and i want to decommision this console, i can't decommision the server as it is used for something else.

Is there a paper on doing this?

Do I have to uninstall the encryption from the laptop before i move it to the usual management server?

Both.
I need to decommision the server and move the encrypted client back to it's normal server without an encryption licence.
I really don't want to decrypt the laptop as we are going to go head with upgrade.

Well, dunno how the client behaves if you do this - but anyway (licensing questions aside) you won't be able to manage it and, what's more important, you won't be able to recover it. Thus you should decrypt the client (and uninstall decryption) if you intend to continue using it.
As for the server please see How to uninstall Enterprise Console and the client software from the same computer.
