Device Control - USB - block Autorun

It it possible to block the Autorun function (autorun.ini) of a USB device trough Sophos device control ?

    Hello serito technology,

    Device Control lets you block a device completely or where applicable block writes to a device. Otherwise it does not affect interaction with the device. In particular it does not interfere with Autorun that can be controlled with a Windows setting. As Autorun reads files from the device it's subject to On-Access scanning (assuming it's enabled) though and content deemed malicious will be blocked independently of Device Control.
