SEC First Using and Missing Login Credentials.

Question

Dear all, 
 we got yesterday our new License for Endpoint protection and INtercept-X for Clients and Server. 
 I have add our License Key to Sophos Central and that was acceptet. 
 Now I would like to add my License to Sophos Licensing Portal but I don't have any Product License Username and Passwort. 
 Same on Sophos Enterprise Console and Software-Download-Assistent, he want's also User Name and Passwort are Located from Sophos with our License, BUT there is no User Name and Passwort on our Lisence. Only the log Licence Key. 
 
 Where can i get or find the User Name and Passwort? 
 Pls. help.

Hello RemoHehlert , 
 you say Sophos Central so I assume it's Central that you have licensed. Note that Sophos Enterprise Console is the on-premise management software. And on the licensing portal it says: 
 
 Sophos Central and free products 
 You do not need to add product credentials if you use Sophos Central or are using a free Endpoint product . 
 Sophos Central customers can obtain all installable software from the Sophos Central download page. 
 Sophos Central administrators and free Endpoint product users will need to update their information, but otherwise will not need to access other areas of the Licensing Portal.
