Windows Error 0x80041f08 When Uninstalling 9.5

Hi All,

I am attempting to upgrade a number of installations from 9.5 to 10.0. One Windows 7 Enterprise machine is throwing errors when the install package attenpts to uninstall 9.5. 

error 0x80041f08

Any advice on how to proceed?

    Hello Jason,

    this is the only occurrence of Return value 3? I'm neither in Installer expert nor did I have to deal with uninstall errors - but it looks like already the end of the rollback. The rollback is only executed in response to an error and usually its trigger point is usually indicated by the string 'DisableRollback' is 0 in the log (like in the snippet you posted earlier). Please check whether it's there and if, post a few preceding lines. If not, well, dunno yet :smileyhappy:
