Sophos Installation failed

 Hi, I have trouble on installation of sophos, installation not continue because of error.
Is there any solution for this? thanks ...

    On your Proxy server "oscanent.colinasverdes.com" have you already added Sophos recommended domains and ports.  

    The error logs does looks like something is being blocked causing for the installation to fail.
