Incomplete uninstall on Mac 13.5.2

Question

Hi, 
 Used Remove Sophos Endpoint app and this seems to have removed everything except the Sophos User account. The app tool ran OK and said it had successfully uninstalled. 
 How do I get rid of the user account please?

Hi, thanks for your help. I meant on the Mac login screen - as well as the main user account, there remained one for Sophos, created when the application was originally installed. 
 The version installed was Sophos Anti Virus, via the educational establishment in which I used to work. I don't work there any more and need to uninstall it, as threat updates are no longer accessible (Cannot access the primary server).  At first I thought this had not worked, but discovered some differences in entires between those listed here and those on my Mac install. Once I removed those, it has disappeared.
