Sophos Antivirus for Mac returns Installer Failure

Since yesterday I get the error that Sophos Antivirus could not updated. In the SEC I can read the error-code 000000d0.

A new installation or a deinstallation with the removal-tool always fails.

I have a MacBook with Mac OS X Sierra. The actual Sophos version is 9.5.4 .It is possible to reinstall or deinstall Sophos manually?

Hello,

no, my problem is not fixed. But I am in contact with the support.

I will write when my problem is fixed.

Hello,

now, my problem is solved.

I had to copy the installer to the system and then open a terminal window.

Then I had to run sudo <Path to installer app>/Contents/MacOS/tools/InstallationDeployer --force_remove

After this I could install Sophos without any errors.
