Abort device encryption by sophos central

Question

Hi, I accidentally activated the encryption of a device in Sophos Central, how can I cancel the command? or disable it in Sophos Central?

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum. You won't be able to cancel the command since once you've triggered this on Central it&rsquo;ll automatically execute to the target endpoint/s. However, you can use Unassigned software, which is installed on your managed devices. For more information about this, you may refer to this KB article , which describes its steps.
