Issue Clicking on the 'View reports' option displays the following error:
An error occurred when connecting to the database. Reporting is not available. Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
Technical informationIf the SQL database resides on another server within the infrastructure, the credentials specified within the installation may not have been correctly passed to the reporting configuration. This issue may occur because when you click the 'Reporting' button, the Console is failing to logon to the SQL database because it is using the logged-on user's credentials.Sophos product and version Enterprise Console 3.0 Operating systemWindows 2003 SP1
This is probably a credentials issue, so ensure that you are using the correct credentials and that they are aligned.
