We are current investigating an issue causing the new campaign the wizard to hang when trying to proceed after customizing the attack email.
Customers experiencing this issue will be unable to complete the campaign wizard after customizing the campaign. This impacts both Attachment and Phishing Campaigns.
See the below "Workaround" section for a short term workaround for this.
A fix was deployed to fix this issue. The workaround below should no longer be needed. Please contact Support with the Campaign Type and Name if there are still issues.
To temporarily avoid this issue the "defaultSendingSubdomain" can be set manually when creating the custom campaign.
Taking this screenshot as an example, the sender of the email (when an enrollee receives it) will be seen as "email@example.com" so entering a subdomain relevant to the campaign in question is recommended
